I am Paul Harvey, a Personal Trainer in Glasgow and the owner of PH Fitness. I am a former Army Physical Training instructor (PTI) and have been personal training in Glasgow – south side for over 15yrs now. I am also a Qualified Extreme Kettlebell instructor (EKI), sports masseur and lifestyle consultant.

My specialties are:

  • TRX Suspension training
  • Corrective exercise therapy and injury rehabilitation.

I also run fitness boot camps in Glasgow, Newton Mearns and have done so for a number of years now.
