Actually managed to get out for a good cycle yesterday and just stopped for a quick pic.
Thankfully the clouds didn`t turn out to be rain! Makes a change lol… Don`t know how many times I have got soaked this year. Ah, the great Scottish summers….
It was a great cycle and I am just heading out again after I am finished writing this post. You can`t beat the freedom you have when out on the bike, just wish we had a bit better weather.
I have got a couple of my personal training clients joining me today, I am sure they will go easy on me, lol!
I better go, we are meeting up in 5 mins and I still have to get my gear on. If we end up anywhere exciting I will take some pics and post here on my blog.
